A cookie is a small file your browser keeps for a website. This page lists every cookie Openn Invoice uses. Essential cookies are needed for the service to work and are always on. Analytics cookies are set only after you press Accept, only on our public pages, and never inside the app, on invoice or statement links, or on print pages.

None of these are used for tracking or advertising, and none are shared with anyone. Forms and actions in the app are protected against cross-site requests by origin checks, so there is no separate security cookie.

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. We use it to count visits to our public pages and see which pages help people start. We turn off Google signals, ad personalisation and advertising cookies, and we send Google the page address without anything after the “?”, so no email or link token reaches it. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing.
Google processes this data in the United States. That transfer relies on Google’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Until you accept, nothing is loaded from Google at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as Decline. If you later decline, we stop sending data and delete these cookies from your browser.
Payment pages
When you pay, Cashfree’s secure checkout opens and may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those belong to Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. and are covered by its policies.
