Which countries and tax rules does it handle?
44 countries, including India, the UK, the eurozone, the US, Australia, Canada, Singapore, the UAE and South Africa. Pick your country when you sign up. We set the right tax, currency and invoice layout for you.
Do I need an accountant to set it up?
No. The app uses plain words and works out the tax for you. Have an accountant? On Team or Business, add them as Accountant. They can see reports but cannot change invoices. On Starter, send them your CSV downloads.
Are reminders sent automatically, or do I send them?
You send them. Each reminder goes from your own WhatsApp or email, in one click. Nothing is sent without you.
How do I see which invoices are paid?
Download your bank statement as Excel, CSV or PDF and upload it. We match each money-in line to an invoice by invoice number, amount and payer name. This also works for part payments and tax your customer kept back (TDS in India). You check the matches and accept them in one click.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes, any time. Starter is for 1 person on 1 device. Team is for up to 3 people. Business is for up to 10. The money left on your current plan counts towards the new one. For more than 10 people, contact us about Enterprise.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in and see every invoice. You just cannot make new invoices, record payments or match statements until you pay again.
Can I cancel, and do you give refunds?
Yes, cancel any time. If auto-renew is on (in India, by UPI AutoPay or card), your plan renews each time. You can turn auto-renew off or cancel in Plan & billing. Your plan then stops on its last day. We do not refund successful payments, including the first month. Pick monthly if you want to try it first.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted when it travels, kept in one place and backed up every night. You can turn on 2-step sign-in. We never sell your data or share it for ads.
